It is Friday evening and our work is done for this week. We started the week by sheathing the second floor and today we started sheathing the third (Attic) floor. A very productive week. We are tired and ready for a little break. We are happy for Sundays for many reasons but that does give us a day to rest up. We have worked part of most Saturdays but tomorrow we plan to go to Seoul. There is a workshop to study Conscientious Objection. At present there is no option for any Korean young men but to serve two years in the Military.
Kyong Jung up on the third level nailing in the floor system and Suyhan is working on the scaffolding
Jerry is either taking a smoke break or he has a pencil in his mouth trying to keep a balance
Branden and Doreen (Grandma) putting together the stairs
Keyuhn hanging on and does not like the view from up there.
Branden and Jerry ( Grandpa) cutting the stair stringers
 Branden securing the steps
 Decking the attic floor

The view from the attic level down the valley. The lake is in the back ground through the haze. The valley is very fertile and gardens grow on every piece of available land
The plywood camel works well even without power assist

The decking will be done on Monday if all goes to plan.
The view back up the hill behind the house

The view from the second level behind the house. The second house is well under way being done by a contractor.
The street view along in front of the house
The view back up the hill behind the house. The middle level of rock retaining wall is about 20 feet above the street at the house. The big house behind us is about 40 feet above the street we are building on. Just like the hills around Kelowna or Burns Lake.
