As predicted the rain started about 9:00 Am and continued to increase as the day progressed. By 3:30 in the afternoon we called it a day and went home to dry out.

The framing on the first level continues to progress with the sheathing following closely behind. We continue to work on drain pipes and other foundational tasks.

A trip to the lumber yard and hardware store to order more materials brought the day to an end.
